Las Nubes has a special interest for the well being of all individuals working in the community. For that reason, the management provides medical assistance, schooling, housing, and other important services.  A teacher who is specially trained, teaches the children from first to sixth grade during the morning and from 7^th to 9^th grade during the afternoon using the method “Tele Secundaria”. Around 3,000 people per year are benefited by the Health program of Finca Las Nubes.
